This section is only for IIT Faculty, Staff and delegated representatives of Student Organizations.

We recommend changing your Start Page to View My Requests.  The System Personalization section contains default values that will appear every time you request space.

When requesting an account, in the Organizations Requested for VEMS Access section, please list all of the Departments/Organizations for which you will be reserving rooms on behalf of.

Accounts will be approved for a delegate of a student organization only if  both that organization and delegate has been registered for the current semester with the Office of Campus Life.

Your account will be approved/denied within 5 business days.  In the event it has not been processed, please send an email to events@iit.edu.  Once your account has been approved you can then login to make room reservations.
